In 2024 I walked in on 5-17-24 to talk to someone from this office about help with an advance parole application. I explained the situation about my father’s tragic passing and to see if I could qualify to the advance parole. The gentleman said the office had helped him with an advance parole to see his deceased grandmothers tomb and said this should be no problem. I paid in full on 5-31-24 $2,500 and some change. I went on to the next step in talking to the lawyer who said my father’s tragic passing a few days back would not be enough. I needed more of a reason to ask for advance parole. Without getting no where I asked for a refund on my case on 6-27-24 as it got no where. They stated the office had earned $1,750 for their work - this included a welcome email, phone call, and for keeping the case open. Shocked in this amount I was persuaded to keep the case in a “frozen” state and reopen when needed. Now we are here February 2025 and my case has gotten no where. I asked to close my case and a refund. Hoping to at least cover my next DACA application….Fernando Juarez emailed me back today saying I am entitled to $0 return since the case had remained in their office. I am shocked, angered, and embarrassed there are immigration offices that are supposed to help our people end up taking advantage. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this office unless you 100000000% know they can help and have spoke to an attorney not someone in their office. I was hurting when I signed the contract please don’t be like me. READ the contract. After all, they are lawyers and they know what to write to get their money.
