Just wanted to say another huge thank you to Mr. Cochran and Ms. Fernandez. They have been amazing to work with and are truly the most compassionate individuals. They previously helped my brother so much through his divorce proceedings and then helped me to wrap up some loose ends regarding his affairs. Mr. Cochran is the best at what he does, and Ms. Fernandez, his paralegal, is equally incredible. They don’t treat you like “just another client.” They treat you with kindness and dignity. Dealing with family/divorce issues is probably one of the hardest things out there, but they make it much less painful all around. I highly recommend them!

This past summer I had to look to hire and attorney to file suit in California. Since I live in Philadelphia, PA I had to call a few attorneys and once I spoke with Brian Cochran I knew I was finished looking. He listened to my concerns and worked with me at a distance. We had to do everything via email and phone and he was always available and responded quickly to any questions I had. His assistant, Nova, was friendly and knowledgeable and helped with everything. I was able to file, and have the other party served from Philadelphia, and Brian Cochran handled everything for me including speaking with and working out an agreement between my son's father and I that was satisfactory for both of us. I highly recommend Brian Cochran if you are in need of a family lawyer for Support/arrears and/or custody. I am very satisfied with everything that he and Nova have done for me.

Awful and very costly experience. they acted annoyed. in court Many times for 0 results. For a "certified expert in family law" I really expected a lot more. In the end , when asked some questions Mr. Cochran immdeately sent me a very terse email with substitute of attorney form which I was more than ready to sign. I cut my losses in atty fees which were quite substantial and represented myself. 6/12/21 Brian Cochran has chosen to respond to my bad review of him and his business 2 years later with false statements. I stand by my review. That fact that 2 years later there is a response of this type is very telling. All fees were paid in full, and, any suggestion otherwise by Mr Cochran or his associates are false! Like I said in my initial review, zero results for much $$$
