Brent f. Romney handled my cousins case with very little interest or compassion. He never took my cousins calls or took the time out of his day to understand the issues my cousin was trying to raise. He has no fight for his clients and will easily take your money with out caring enough to put in the tenacity it takes to win a case. The secretaries are rude, don't even bother asking for a supervisor because they just give you the run around. I had to call them on my cousins behalf because they were ignoring his phone calls. This was my cousins second chance to possibly get his sentence reduced and they failed horribly. The way they treat incarcerated individuals is appalling.

This office has yet to return any of my calls, complaint in regards to one of their attorney’s. Kazoua Cha was assigned to my husband’s case in October,2023 and as of today, we have yet to meet her, speak with her, or even emailed. She has pushed resentencing several times and to this day have no idea where my husband’s case stands. I’ve called the office several times & all I get told an email will be sent to the coordinator, I’m still waiting on a call. I am very disappointed in their lack of professionalism and lack of consideration for the families that are placing their faith in them to assist with their loved ones case.

Jeff Moore and Virginia Blumenthal are arrogant, demeaning lawyers who verbally abused me and took full advantage of my weakened mind state when I needed help the most. They acted like predators. I have had my life ruined by these vindictive people. I hope this review will prevent this from happening to others. This review IS NOT SPAM. These attorneys COERCED me into signing a plea bargain and then called me 1 month later and SAID THESE EXACT WORDS, “I’M SURPRISED YOU SIGNED THAT PLEA BARGAIN.” They Literally admitted that they railroaded me into it! These are low life human beings. Again, THIS IS 100% TRUE. I had 5 other reputable attorneys review my file and ALL agreed that this law firm absolutely never should have allowed me to sign that plea bargain. They should have fought the case in court. All of them agreed I never would have been convicted. Hope my experience helps others make a wiser choice.

I am an innocent man. I have DEMANDED her firm get me a speady trial which is my constitutional right to have within 60 days. It has been over 3 years and is about to approach 4. She is completely corrupt. I think at this point every attorney in her office must have lied to me about taking this case to trial. They just let rot in jail for a year without the slightest concern. An innocent man!!! Virginia Blumenthal has refused to talk to me even one single time. They have conspired to not allow me to have a trial. They have routinely not allowed me to speak to the judge in court which is my right. They lie at EVERY turn. Darryl Exum and Brent Romney are the two biggest low life's and liars you will every meet. Reno Cervantes is a complete incompetent. I sat in jail for a year and they are responsible for letting the county TORTURE me. Their attorney would not talk to me or take my case to trial. Since she would.not talk to me there was no way to get the county to give me my neurological medication for my disease. I felt like I was being burned and electrocuted alive for a year. I went into jail walking only having to end up going to court in a wheelchair. It destroyed my mind. The complete neglect of their clients is unconscionable. Also I have been demanding they take my case to trial for years. This is a rough estimate but I would guess they ignored my orders to take my case to trial apx 30 times. That is 30 times going against my direct order not to wave time.

I must say , it's been a stressful year and a half. The saying you get for what you paid for definitely applies in my case . Virginia did an outstanding job with my case . I am able to keep my profesional licenses and move forward with my life. Roberta her assistant, is the most kind and thorough person I have ever met. She kept me in the loop at all times .
