During my meeting to close out my case with this firm, I was pressured to leave a five star review before being handed paperwork to sign. Even at the time, I did not feel comfortable and honest with that rating as the communication with this firm was very poor with my phone calls often being ignored and not returned. I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable being pressured to leave the review THEY wanted while they watched, it never sat right with me. I later removed the rating. While signing paperwork, I asked to make sure that if any issues involving the case should arise, that I could still contact them for help after the case was legally “closed.” They assured me that all I had to do was give them a call and they would handle it. Weeks later, I started receiving letters for a bill Joe Zarzaur’s firm promised was settled. I asked about this bill specifically before signing paperwork and they promised me that everything was fine and if it wasn’t, they would work on it. I called Joe Zarzaur’s firm in regards to this bill as they promised they would handle it if I had any issues with the company. They advised that I “send the company a letter.” Hmm, wasn't that what this firm was paid to do? Wasn’t that what they guaranteed they did? Four years later and I am in several thousands of dollars of debt for this one bill. Hire Joe Zarzaur if you want your phone calls to be ignored and to be in debt for the rest of your life. They can have the one star for their nice billboards! Reminded me to go back and leave a HONEST review.
