Unfortunately this was a bad experience. On Monday I scheduled an appointment for Thursday (today) at 2. They had me fill out a questionnaire to bring with me. I filled it out, scanned it and sent it back to them Monday. I arrived at my 2PM appointment a little early and they had no record of my email. I resent it. Then I sat in a waiting room in a completely empty office for half an hour before I left. Drove 20 minutes to get there, sat for half an hour and drove 20 minutes back. Massive waste of my time. Full disclosure, 2 minutes after I left my phone ring and it was Ms. Garvin apologizing and wishing me luck. The phone call was the only professional part of my experience, but ultimately too little too late.
