Josef and his assistants Vivian/Ona were BEYOND helpful from the start until the end. All of my questions were answered whenever I needed to ask. Josef never made me feel rushed or that I was one of the many fish in the see. He is detail oriented, organized, and HONEST. He will tell you exactly what it is.
