This is a long overdue review! Ms Rizzo is excellent. She's very reasonable and always has her clients best interest in mind. Going through family court is stressful enough as it is and Ms Rizzo made this easy for me. She is well organized and on top of her game! She really knows how to take a heated situation and calm it down. She fights hard for you. Meeting and working with Yvonne was the biggest blessing to me in a time of need. She is so easy to talk to, answers her phone and always calls back quickly. Thats hard to find in todays world.. Shes the most compationate attorney around. Shes fierce in a courtroom and really knows the ins and outs of her practice. Talking to her about your case is easy. She listens extremely well and is the most patient attorney I've ever worked with. I would recommend her to anyone who wants an honest, hard working attorney on your side. I highly recommend Yvonne Rizzo Family Law Attorney to anyone not being treated fairly in the courtroom and in need of Legal Representation. I have been going through family law for a year now with 9 months of no legal representation. Eventhough I was no threat to my child and the mother is an alcoholic with prior DUI's just got arrested for a DUI, the court granted her full sole and physical custody and for me 10% visitation with 0% sole legal or physical custody. For the first 9 months I was constantly getting mistreated in the courtroom eventhough there were hard evidence of proof and proof of lies against the opposing party due to a bias judge. Out of the 9 months the mother of my child withheld my daughter from me for 5 months. During the 5 months I filed 3 ex-parte hearings due to visitation violation of court orders and safety concerns with proof and still got dismissed, 1 hearing was cancelled and not even heard by the judge stating it's " Not an emergency". Since i hired Atty. Rizzo, not only was I able to be heard without being turned away but she was able to get me visitations with my daughter again after 5 months but with more time and days with overnights too. I now have 35% visitation with 4-5 days every week with my daughter and looks to get better from here on. Thank you Mrs. Rizzo.

BEST ATTORNEY . I had a very difficult case, where no matter who I hired my voice was not being heard. I would go months with out seeing my daughter, due to false allegations or just because mom wanted it that way.
