Not really experience, but I left them a message about 3 weeks ago and never got a call back. This seems typical of many businesses these days. One of the things that frustrates me more than anything. I used to be in customer service, and no matter what I made sure everybody got a call back that day, and at the worst the morning of the next business day. Not sure how I fell through the cracks here, but oh well. There are plenty of attorneys out there.
