I’ll never trust this company again! They are greedy and all about the money. I told them I did not want to file an auto insurance claim or personal injury claim and I would like to not go forward with anything if they wish me to do so. I get a surprise email from my insurance company stating that a claim was filed by a law firm. Apparently they didn’t notate my wishes even though stated that SEVERAL times with everyone I had spoken to. They were so pushy to talk me into doing so they went ahead and did it themselves anyway. They lied and said my insurance premium wouldn’t go up because it’s “illegal” for companies to do so & that was a LIE! Only in certain states is it illegal for a not-at fault accident and my state isn’t one of them. Now I have an increased premium because of them doing something without my permission.
