Mr. Poole has been representing me through a family law situation. By my experience working with him I would have to say he has to be the best family law attorney in Mobile county. It's quite a unique situation. I'm sure whatever services you would hire him for, he would be the same for anything else within the law his services cover. I'm glad I chose him as my attorney. It surely has paid off because of his knowledge and years of experience. It all really shows when you get to work with him, talk to him and see him in action. Highly recommended by me for sure. Again I'm very glad I made the choice of Mr. Poole to represent me. Do your part and I guarantee you he will do his part too. I hate leaving one star reviews. Carrying a conversation with Mr Poole is enjoyable. He’s friendly, social and likeable. As far as the work they do, I was not impressed. I was a client for several years, and brought many collections cases with high values. The work and effort was minimal. I had to repeatedly answer the same questions. It took over a year on one case and two on another because they were hoping to get a settlement and take 20% of our money without having to work for it. It’s horribly sad because I had great faith in him

Called about a rental document, was transferred to someone for help. Debbie answered and said “can I help you” I told her I wanted to speak with someone regarding a rental agreement, and she just kept saying okay and? I replied “I’m sorry who am I speaking with no one told me anything when I was transferred” she just said her name and I asked was she an attorney and she rudely responded “no I’m a legal assistant now can I help you or not” I kindly said no thank you and hung up.

He has always met with me in the amount of cases and things he has going on he takes the time just to sit with you and say ok this is what we should do from here. I hired him to gain custody of my daughter back from her unfortunate taking from the absolute worse dhr governmental process I personal have ever dealt with. Not all people there just in my personal opinion of what ive neen through/seen so far. He Is straightforward and tries his very best to get you in a position to win. I definitely recommend him for his prices and his great work ethic. The ladies in the office are great and stay on top oeverything as well not once have i wonder what was going on they are through and so far the best lawyer I have dealt with.
