Initially called on 1/28/25 and Michael (attorney) was out on vacation. Understandably, I just left a VM and waited. I called back on 2/3 (when they would return), but was unable to talk to anyone so left another voicemail. Never heard back so called one last time on 2/10 and still unable to talk to attorney. The secretary asked if I wanted to leave another VM, however since my other two had never been returned I decided to go elsewhere. Was looking forward to this attorney helping me, however lawyer was unresponsive to my outreach.

So I went here as a referral to get some help getting my mom and dads house and seen Michael Mark's he acted like he was going to help he even said what I needed to do for him to get started but he never did anything then I called back several times to get a hold of him then he said to email him that it would be easier to get him now 3 months into it he hasn't done a thing I would say not to come here

Do not consider Wetterer & Clare or Kentucky Title Services, Inc. They did not provide a property tax deduction sales disclosure form during our closing or provide any information on property tax deductions, and their response was along the lines of "at most we are only liable for a $25 penalty from the state and we are fine with that". There are plenty of other knowledgeable and professional title companies in the area which provide their customers with complete information relevant to closings who value their customer's well being. Cost us over $2,000 in additional property tax.
