I was referred here and was brushed off. I had a simple child support question and I asked the attorney (Jay Christofferson) if I could call him back and seemed very annoyed with me. I tried calling back and the attorney blocked me from calling! I am very surprised as I didn’t offend or do anything for that. I had a referral for a free consultation from my EAP so maybe that’s why I was brushed off. I called my EAP and put in a complaint.

The attorney I was working with, Jay Christofferson, did absolutely nothing to help my situation. I came to him in 2020 to help with my insurance broker who misrepresented me with my home insurance. My wife and I lost our home, lost our vehicle, and we have a 6 month old baby girl. In the heat of the moment I sent an email to Jay with “WTF” (it’s been 6+ months on another case he’s been “helping” with). Because of the “wtf” and Jay’s lack of ownership and gumption, he is now refusing to represent us. I apologized many times for the “WTF” in my email, and he still refuses to continue representing us. Thanks, Jay. I hope you have a great holiday season knowing your pettiness is causing the suffering of my family.
