Without going into a lot of details too personal to reveal in this setting, I would simply like to say that Mr Ver Ploeg provided assistance in dealing with a dispute between me and the insurance company. He was tremendously helpful, very patient in explaining details to me and the retainer and fee I paid was more than fair all things considered. I can't say enough good things about him.
