Read my comments before you spend time and money on legal representation that may get caught between a rock and a hard place.. When It comes to finding a firm that care about doing what’s right for their clients there isn’t a better fit in the area than Underwood and Associates. I as a single mom of two was in a bad situation that required someone who by was diligent and willing to fix a mess created by a previous attorney. Not ONLY did Mr. Uunderstood and his staff fix the mess created by my old attorney he knew how to ensure I had the outcome I wanted ULTIMATELY . He has compassion for his clients and cares about the cases he handles realizing it has an impact on this lives of many involved in the matters . I was extremely impressed with his paralegal Sandy. She was very knowledgeable about the court system, the family codes and always answered each and every questions I had throughout my case. They are worth the time and money!!! I picked this lawyer because of all the excellent reviews and I was completed disappointed. They can't be true. He pressured me to hire private investigators with no receipts and no reports. He had me pay for a forensic accountant who charged me about $15K just to copy data that I provided. The communication was horrible. I had to find another lawyer. He charged me about $30k for his own services. Total waste of money.
