They were diligent, quick to communicate, and were great to work with. When I had questions they were always answered promptly and clearly. I am giving Daryle Tibbs a one star review because I had an interaction today with her in court in which I believe she acted highly unprofessional. Daryle ran into my attorney today and he explained that he was representing me for a court case against her and her client. Daryle loudly spoke in the court lobby stating that my attorney was going to have a tough day and things were going to go badly for him. I believe that was highly unprofessional for an attorney to be speaking to my attorney in a public common area and talking in a negative fashion as I was walking down the hallway. In addition, Daryle's style is to seek out opportunities to maximize her payments by inflating her attorney fees to an exorbitantly high rate that she can then try to pass on to the opposing party. Instead of working towards a reasonable solution for all parties, Daryle will make up fees that are beyond reasonable for the services she is providing. Daryle will hide behind a keyboard and shoot off e-mails instead of taking phone calls and conversations that could result in a productive resolution for all parties. Daryle will then bill these e-mails she sends that have no purpose or intent on solving the problem at hand. Daryle's style is to attempt to instill fear into the party she is opposing. I have read previous reviews and I am sure she will attempt to send me a letter to threaten me to remove the post but I think this review is important for all potential clients of hers or individuals who oppose her in a domestic relations case. On 4/5/2024 at 8:30 am, Daryle responded to this review showing even more how low the level of professionalism she has so I am responding again. She states that I am "pissed" and that my actions were egregious. Paying an ex wife $4,000 per month who sat on the couch for 10 years and giving my ex a free house is better than 99% of the population can provide to anyone. Once again another example of Daryle hiding behind a keyboard instead of calling someone on the phone and discussing the matter in person. I hope the $1,800 I am giving you to file a piece of paper and show up to try to legally steal more of my money was worth the 1 star review.

I always love leaving 5 star reviews, but this one fell short. The communication I had via email and phone with Tibbs Law Office very slow and a few times I did not even hear back. I was charged for work Ms. Grubbs did that I already did on my own, which seemed unnecessary to the case. Overall, I did not feel that my lawyer truly cared about me and my situation and the entire experience felt like a transaction with the goal of her getting paid. My outcome was less than favorable and I was told that I could walk away with far more than I did. While she was helpful with the interpretation of legal jargon, if I could do it again, I would have chosen differently for my representation.
