Had an appointment over the phone with Corban Polk. I called, as instructed and was told the attorney would call me right back. 30 minutes later, I still hadn't received a call back. I called the office again and was told that the attorney was still unavailable and he would send a message to Mr. Polk. I still have not heard back from him 2 days later. Blowing off appointments is not a very professional thing to do. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Update: I received a call from Robert. He was very kind and apologized for the issues. We talked through my situation and agreed that I unfortunately don't have a case (even though I was wronged in my situation). He was very kind and understanding. I am still a bit frustrated at the situation from a few days ago, but he for sure helped make things better.

Ok, this Lawyer is great. Very easy to contact them, and they respond quickly through emails. Mr. Thompson took my case after countless others wouldn't touch and I am very happy that he did. I am so happy about the outcome. The staff, like his paralegal Rebecca I believe was just top notch on responses.
