Sydney Montanaro was my attorney for my Workman’s Comp claim. Sydney made it so easy and worry free! When the Workman’s Comp didn’t pay like they were supposed to, Sydney was hot on it. She got them paying me straight away. They hadn’t paid me the difference after my wage increase at work, Sydney went back to them and had them increase it. But they didn’t pay me the late fee like they were supposed to. Sydney fought for me even after my case was settled and I received another $5200 for the late fee. We settled with a mediator and Sydney was there with great advice and information on what to expect. The staff at the office was always polite, friendly and very helpful. I definitely would use her again if a situation arises. Thank you Sydney it was great having someone in my corner! I had a serious concussion and thinking straight was not happening for me at the time. Knowing Sydney had my back and was taking care of everything was a great relief.

I am so incredibly grateful for the expertise of Chris & paralegal Amber who represented my case. They were timely, easy to communicate with & kept me informed from start to finish. It was such a relief to have them handle EVERYTHING for me, so I could focus on my rehabilitation & put all my effort into healing & going on with life as much as possible mentally & physically. I am very pleased with the settlement & the outcome. I highly recommend this skilled team & I'd give a 10 star rating if there was one !!!

My first thought when I was injured was, “I have health insurance, I’ll manage.” Fortunately, my son knew better, and introduced me to Chris Thomas. Chris and his paralegal assistant Amber Pollard made it possible for me to focus on recovering without worrying about the hundreds of details regarding medical care expenses, insurance issues, and ultimately a settlement. They are extremely good at what they do. And it was important to me and my family that “what they do” entailed being very clear in communicating, and attentive to all my needs — emotional, mental, and medical — in a way that was efficient and professional, calm and supportive.

Scott Sell is caring, and genuine. I had my LTD claim benefits denied and handled incorrectly multiple times. After talking with him he was helpful and answered my questions. In the end the case was resolved quickly with a happy ending. What more can you ask for in life than kind people, especially when you're going through enough already. I highly recommend Scott. 1

Attorney and Partner, Cynthia Newton, and her legal assistant, Amber Pollard, were a great team and obtained for me and my wife a settlement of our personal injury claims beyond our expectations. We were pleased with the timing and process including clarity in communications as well. We would highly recommend them to friends and family with PI claims.
