Working with Guvertz Menashe was terrible. My attorney was Tiffany Jensen. I found her to be untrustworthy, unhelpful and unprofessional. Her kid would be yelling in the background of phone calls. She worked from London. I feel like she would tell me stuff to get me to do what she wanted me to do. Sometimes she’d tell me contradictory statements like “your case is difficult and nuanced” one day, and “this is a pretty simple case and I’ve been doing this for a long time” another day which made me feel manipulated and not have any trust in her. I felt stuck because finding a lawyer was difficult and I didn't want to be without one. I stayed with her because I was scared to be without a lawyer. I think I would have been better off alone than with Tiffany though. I feel like I let my son down by hiring her. It was a truly traumatic experience working with her. I regret hiring her every single day and will regret it for the rest of my life. I brought these issues up to one of the Firm’s partners, Katie Goss. Katie denied any wrongdoing. She offered me a $3,000 discount off of my almost $30,000 bill/payments. At the same time, it was requested I sign a nondisclosure that would have prevented me from writing reviews or sharing my experience in any way. I did end up eventually finding a different lawyer at a different firm towards the end of my case. Best decision of my life. At this other firm, I felt like I was treated with respect and honesty in a way that I did not at all feel with Guvertz Menashe. I would never ever ever ever recommend Guvertz Menashe or Tiffany Jensen to anyone. I believe my review reflects the commitment and work of your team that I experienced perfectly. Trusting Guvertz Menashe is the biggest mistake of my life.
