Absolute scum of the earth. Sending me letters with threats and scare tactics that are not legally possible. They get business by scaring people who don't know their rights or the law. They are a predatory company who seeks out people in the lowest point in their life, then lies to scare them into hiring them. There is a special place in hell for all of you. If you received a letter from this company - DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH AND CONTACT AN ATTORNEY. this organization is absolute scum. Tried working with them. They lie, lie lie, and gaslight. Stay away from this pos company.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with Tom McAvity, I hired him 1.5 years ago, took my payment immediately and never did a damm thing on my case!! He told me a let me get back to you tomorrow on your case and that was 1.5 years ago and I’ve never heard back from him, all I get is an answering service he’s busy I’ll have him get back with you and NEVER Has !! He hasn’t done anything to get my debt settled but he sure liked taking my $600 🤦‍♂️ In my personal opinion DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
