He was hired by my mother and her boyfriend Jared Briscoe to place a restraining order on me and fabricated a document to try to give them legal custody of my son. Hope that he loses his attorney license ASAP.

The following is my opinion: I would not recommend using this firm. I retained them to pursue a claim against a strip mall landlord for breach of contract. They asked for a $5,000 retainer ($2,500 of which was non-refundable). I sent them all of the information they requested. I waited for weeks and heard nothing. I contacted them multiple times for a status report, and was told that they were working on it. I finally got a draft letter to the landlord that was written in general terms, and they admitted the letter would likely get ignored. I was nickle and dimed for every little thing. It cost over $1,700 for a letter that I could have written. My advice is to seek legal counsel elsewhere.
