Nearly a year ago, I contacted Greene's office to schedule a consultation and was told I would have to pay over $600 in order to speak with Dan. I told Elizabeth at the office that I was not going to pay for a sales conversation but was willing to pay for a legitimate consultation regarding my case, in which I received value for myself. Elizabeth spoke with Dan and agreed with me that Dan would fulfill my requirements. Instead of the consultation we had agreed upon and the agreed upon date, Dan contacted me prior to that, before I had my notes organized for the consultation. We had a sales conversation, and he promised that his associate would come pick up my notes the following day, so we could have the consultation I paid for. His associate never came. I spent the next 6 months attempting to get in contact with Dan and have the consultation. After that point, I hired a different attorney and requested a refund for the consultation I never received from Greene. For the last several months, his office has been putting me off about the refund, then finally promised the refund, and now has refused the refund. I spoke to Dan last week in a final attempt at integrity, and he informed me the sales conversation we originally had, was in fact what the money was used for, despite that we had an agreement otherwise. The bottom line is I never got what I paid for, Greene broke his word to me, and illegally now has retained my money in exchange for providing me no value at all.
