I’m giving this law office 1 star because of their unprofessional approach towards potentially new clients. I scheduled a free consultation through their website and chose a time and date that their website showed as being available to schedule an appointment. Not only was I “stood up” but their was no follow up contact to apologize for missing our appointment. In a day and age where there are multiple forms to contact people, this office not only failed to call me but didn’t bother sending an email either. If the appointment had to be cancelled I would hope a professional law office would have the decency to at the very least send an email explaining why the appointment could not be completed or cancelled. If you cannot exercise proper communication I do not wish to higher you for any services nor would I recommend them.

Not only was the lawyer, Ruben, rude and dismissive during the consultation, but the office also failed to respect my time by being egregiously late for our scheduled appointment. When they finally did call, I couldn't even get past the consultation stage due to the rude and disrespectful behavior of the lawyer, Ruben. Despite setting a specific time for our consultation, they failed to uphold their end of the agreement. They were a staggering 15+ minutes late in calling me, providing no prior notice of the delay or any apology for their tardiness. This lack of punctuality is unacceptable in any professional setting, let alone a law office where clients rely on timely and efficient service. By disregarding my time without explanation or apology, they demonstrated a blatant disregard for customer service and basic courtesy. During the consultation, Ruben displayed a complete lack of professionalism. He continuously talked over me, interrupting every attempt I made to ask a question or provide information. It was clear that he had no interest in listening to my concerns or understanding my situation. Coupled with Ruben's disrespectful behavior during the consultation, this experience left me with a sour impression of Their inability to conduct a simple consultation with basic respect and courtesy speaks volumes about their professionalism—or lack thereof. A firm that cannot even keep a scheduled appointment time or extend common courtesies to potential clients is not deserving of anyone's trust or business. Save yourself the hassle and find a law office that values their clients and treats them with the respect they deserve. **Their subsequent response and reply here as of 5/20/25 is a lie. They were the rude ones talking over me. This is substantiated with other poor ratings describing the same poor sub par interaction. The one thing they did get accurate in their retort - nobody likes being talked over or yelled at on the phone… which is what they did and was not appreciated - which was the reason for their poor review. Take responsibility for your own poor customer interactions. Don’t blame them. Be better.

Had issues selling a piece of land and McMurray law firm was very good in explaining the process and making it happen .Ruben Rodriguez was who handled all paper work and communicating with me did a great job I would use them again.
