DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! The first problem was at intake. I was told I would get a response about my case within a couple of days, but I had to reach back out after a few weeks because I didn’t hear from anyone. I was dealing with one young lady, but when I called back I was pushed to someone else. It took them months to get back with me and I almost missed my chance for a hearing. Once they agreed to take me on as a client I was assigned a case manager Craig Roach, who was great and said I had a good case. Greg Reed was my attorney, but I was informed within a month before my hearing that he was unavailable on that date, even though the hearing date was sent out months ago, so I was assigned a new attorney which was Daniel Messenger. He then preps me, only to tell me we will lose. Remind you they had my info for months and if my records weren’t sufficient enough then they had all that time to let me know, but he waited until the end to say I need to withdraw from having a hearing. He seemed more against me than for me. He didn’t even fight for me to get an outcome, he pretty much gave up on me! The first thing out of his mouth was we will likely withdraw ourselves from your case. My thing is you all had my info for months, so why wait until the end to turn me away! He then tells me I don’t see my doctors enough, seeing four doctors every three months was not enough. He acts like he didn’t understand that I couldn’t see my doctors for a year because I lost insurance and couldn’t afford to pay out of pocket, instead he kept telling me how I didn’t do enough to get an approval. It seems this law firm will take easy cases, but if it’s one they have to actually work hard for then they don’t want you. I will try again but I won’t be using this firm.

I can't recommend this office enough if you need an attorney specializing in Social Security cases. My husband was permanently injured in a pileup caused by an 18 wheeler and was unable to return to work. We had a lot of medical tests, specialists and other medical information but was still denied the first 2 times. We were desperate at this point and I found this firm.
