Was referred to Ms. Brown by my company Southwest Airlines. All I can say is after having the opportunity today, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Her tonation was downright condescending in her communication, she was rude, and from the moment I gave my name and also mentioned both parties were on the call she just seemed annoyed and dismissive. I almost wanted to ask her if she was okay, or if she was having a bad day because she literally was huffing and puffing as if she was exhausted when we asked our third question. It was almost as if why were we asking her anything because her tone made it seem like we should know the answer. Well that's why we set up the free consultation to ask questions. Please if you don't like what you do for the love of everything peace and grace, it's never too late to change careers and do what you love and not remain MISERBALE. Because her attitude was nasty, uncomfortable, and addressed us as if we were invalents or uneducated. I had more questions but professionally ended the call because the whole conversation was uncomfortable and awkward. You could smell the stench of her attitude and bad demeanor and arrogance and snootiness through the phone. Never again and I will make sure my Airline never refers her to our coworkers again. Just awful. Also to add obviously we're not clients, yes thus was a consultation. So no need to rebuttle with that as ive seen in other reviews responses. Once again this was just a consultation, God forbid we we wanted to move forward, her tone was just not welcoming and soo condescending. What a shame, you never who your interacting with and it's unfortunate her attitude was soo awful. It was like pulling teeth once again and seemed we were a such bother. Good grief. Attitude adjustment is needed for this practice. With such a bad attitude no one cares how long you've been in practice or cases you've taken on. It takes nothing to just be a good person and not snarky

I recently had the opportunity to engage with Ms. Brown, a Business Law lawyer who had received favorable reviews on Avvo. I reached out to her for a consultation and was informed that we only had a limited time slot of 15 minutes to speak. To maximize our time, I prepared a list of introductory questions (without legal matters to avoid free legal advice) to get a better understanding of her experience and areas of specialization. Unfortunately, my experience with Ms. Brown was extremely disappointing. She appeared frustrated from the start and indicated that she was not interested in taking on my case without even knowing the type of legal services I needed. Her demeanor was unprofessional, rude, and she seemed to have an egoistic attitude. In contrast, I have had the pleasure of speaking with other lawyers who were more than happy to answer my questions and were eager to learn more about my business background. I would advise anyone considering working with Ms. Brown to think twice. My advise to you Ms. Brown - If you're unwilling to answer basic introductory questions, it's better to charge a fee for your consultation call to avoid wasting your time. By not answering my questions and unknowingly declining my case, you missed out on the potential for a long-term and lucrative working relationship.

Please use this service at your own risk. This lawyer did not like my previous review. I have an email where she basically threatened to sue me if I didn’t take the comment down. Hope I don’t get sued for this. Definitely will be consulting with the Florida Bar. I was under the impression that google was a platform designed to leave comments about a particular business. Hey but who am I. Just a regular person trying to make an honest living.
