A Florida native, Graciela “Grace” Gamez, has always wanted to be an attorney and enjoyed working in the legal field. While working for Florida Rural Legal Services, Grace obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing at Florida Atlantic University and then attended Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. While attending Barry University, Grace participated in the University’s Immigration Law Clinic and represented low-income clients in several immigration issues including removal proceedings. Grace also interned at the Orlando Immigration Court and worked with several law clerks and immigration judges gaining invaluable experience. After obtaining her Florida Bar license, Grace began working for a small successful immigration firm in the Orlando area and frequently practiced in front of the immigration judges she previously interned for. She also attended multiple interviews at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services representing clients during their immigration process. Ready to bring her experience to the Treasure Coast, Grace opened her own office in Fort Pierce, her hometown, in 2017.
