I was at first hesitant to right this review but thought about the injustice i would be doing to any potential clients that may need real life experience in making a decision when choosing a good law firm.This review is solely based on my experience with this law firm although now in retrospect I wish I would have read some of the reviews prior to hiring this law firm initially to represent and take on my case. They took on my case to only drop it after a year later and after they had me rack up thousands of dollars in medical bills from medical providers they had referred me to. Was very difficult getting anyone to talk to me about my case as I would call, email and be ignored only to be told a year later that they were dropping my case. The litigator was very rude from the first time we spoke. He definitely lacked professionalism on every level. Thank God I was able to find a competent law firm to take on my case and get great results. This law firm is a joke! Take Heed!!

Experiencing an accident is never easy, especially when it was a hit-and-run incident while driving for Uber. Geesh. But the team at Lisa Luong's firm took care of me and were professionals from the beginning and throughout my case. They handled all of the communication with the insurance firms and doctors and kept me abreast of everything. My case was filed in May and they managed to settle in time for the holidays. Do NOT hire this law firm. All I have to say is I’m disappointed in the way they handled my case. Supposedly they are there to help us win the case and to represent us but I feel like as a law firm they did not do their best. They took forever handling the case they didn’t provide a proper settlement breakdown, I signed just to close the case.
