Steve and John are a powerful duo for closings. They have very deep knowledge and John having been a title researcher knows very detailed things most larger firms lack which helps catch any concerns early on during closing process. It was by a referral that I found them almost 12 years ago and have done no less than 15 closings with them over the years. And sent numerous referrals. They not only cater to 1st time homebuyers but also seasoned RE investors as well to bring insight that can help to catch any issues or concerns.
