I just acquired legal representation but not through this firm I watched a disgusting display of what was supposed to be legal representation. Its not my case and I am not going to say names so this could all be not true. That being said I watched over the past 6 months Ms. Small spinelessly represent the her client leaving the client not only paying a stupid amount and loosing more in the end result. Now I am aware there are two sides but what I saw made no sense. My friend being talked down to. Mail not being answered. And then yelling at my friend and upon finally listening realizing the client had sent everything. My friend is not perfect but I know the other party as well and I am not sure at all how anyone called a lawyer would let what happened happened. So if it was a one time deal or if she was afraid of the other party's lawyer or parents or whatever I don't know but watching this train wreck has made me sick. My friend lost a house, money from the house, the other party has not been asked to hold up any normal duties that would be asked of a person in their shoes. Again my friend isn't perfect but the other person is a bad person. I was asked not to say anything I am sure this will be disregarded. That's why I left names out and if this rings a bell with the firm maybe they should have done their job.
