I never had a problem with the office not calling us back or being on time. Everything they said they would do they did, when they said they would. Left me feeling at ease with my decision. The staff and Mr Gonzalez are very kind, took all my concerns seriously and addressed to them promptly. I am very satisfied with my decision using this office. I would definitely recommend using Mr Gonzalez. His expertise definitely outranks the other offices I have looked into before filing.

Highly recommend using Mr Gonzalez's office. Mr Gonzales and the staff were so kind and helpful. Absolutely satisfied! Very thorough and precise. Did everything they said they would do, and was on time-every time. Was very helpful in explaining in detail the process we would go through and then walked us through it. Definitely kept it stress-free for us. I can only say that I wish there were more of him and his staff out there for everyone. We recently moved from another state to Texas, and because we had to file we were in a very nervous and apprehensive. Mr. Gonzalez was professional and his staff were friendly. I was disappointed in some areas. Lack of communication of total process. Communication is key when people are going thru hard times and making decisions. I was told to fill worksheet out but had no idea what it was for and going to be used for. Guns and tax return were never mentioned until we went to file paperwork. Somehow one of my car loans was overlooked in their email for getting reaffirmed. So now I'm paying on a car I will not be getting credit for. I will have to get it refinanced so i can have it on my credit report, and payment will be hirer I'm sure.
