This firm was recommended by another attorney. After a year of having to follow up on my own case. (I just sent an email literally a week ago, asking about the progress). I get a letter in the mail, stating this firm is are closing the case. This case never got the attention it required. It was evident the attention needed to litigate this case was never present. With lawyers having other pressing matters I understood. After many failed attempts at keeping an open line of communication as to where exactly the case was. I did receive a call with the same information as Day 1 of the case every time I reached out. To keep a case open just shy of a year with limited to no progress is unacceptable. This is not good representation, nor is it justice. The lack luster of effort is the validity of this rating. A shame to think I had faith in this firm.
