I went to Koller based on the suggestions and other reviews, but my experience was disappointing. I called the office, had an intake the same day and was told they’d be putting together my case and submitting it to the law firm- that I should expect a call back within 3-4 business days. I was assured that I would be notified whether the firm decided to take my case or not. After that, I waited four days and called to check in, I was told someone would call me that day or the next. Its now been over a week since I first contacted them, and I still haven’t received a call. A complete waste of time.
