Going to share this at all of their offices I had to deal with during my case. It’s 2024 and I’m surprised to find that I have a warrant from a ticket from car accident back in 2017 that I had hired this law firm to take care of all the details because I could barely even walk. I did the intake with Mr. Huerta himself and was told all the details would be taken care of to include the ticket I received for my registration from that accident. I contacted the office again because this warrant has to be some sort of mistake, but the secretaries attempt to charge me for the services of going to court to fight this again. I can’t talk to any of the people that had worked on my case because they no longer work there and everyone there keeps telling me that they can’t verify that the service was to be included. I asked to speak to Mr. Huerta about it because he was who did my intake and I have yet to receive a call back or get any assistance when I call there. I’m sure they made a solid chunk off of me during the accident and don’t see why I need to pay for something I already paid for in 2017… It hurts to be stuck unable to renew my license because of this ticket when my job is delivering Amazon packages. These people don’t care about you. They just want your money.

This place is horrible. The good reviews here are not real reviews. My 17 year old was in a car accident and the literally chased the ambulance to the hospital. I am not even exaggerating. I will update this post as soon as I have my conversation with the Texas State Bar. They need to be reported properly so they can have their license taken away. These negative posts are good too but they shouldn't even be practicing Law.

If I could rate lower I would. Horrible horrible service. No communication unless they want a payment from you. I would definitely NOT recommend Huerta law firm. Unprofessional. Jonathan Huerta was late to ALL court hearings I had. He’s unreliable and will lose your case. Had me go out of my way to go to the court house get documents they had access to, got them all and NONE of those documents were ever used. Save your time and money hire a different attorney.
