If I could give this firm zero stars I would. To start off Laura is the paralegal of this firm and she is always answering the phone. I felt that she would work her hardest to answer my questions and put me in the best direction possible. Robert Aguinaga wasn’t a good attorney. His services are definitely not worth the $4,000 he charged me for a divorce and child custody of an infant. He is a very passive attorney and dismissed a lot of the evidence I had sent him. There were many important things that he left out and didn’t tell the judge. He did not advise me to do things that would have gotten me more time with my son.

Very professional straight to the point and not too expensive!! Also Laura is top tier when it comes to secretaries she is very knowledgeable and always willing to help clients with questions. Continue doing what you are doing! For anyone reading reviews looking for quality keep in mind that when it comes to legal situations there is some things that even the attorneys can not control as the other parties attorney is doing exactly what Mr. Auinaga is trying to do for you and that is fight for you in whatever your legal matter may be. Huge waste of money, time and energy. Outside of being overpriced, because at best he should be the cheap court appointed lawyer, he is completely incompetent. Don't let the cheap men's warehouse suit fool you. He didn't use any information submitted to him in the defense. He never returned phone calls. Always has his assistant say he's busy and he will get back to you. Procrastinated like a child. Took 5 months to get a copy of the court orders. Didn't receive a word from him the entire time except now that court was over in order for him to explain the court order he conveniently n needs more money. Know better, good lawyers don't advertise and have long waiting lists. He just took advantage of the situation.

I don't think I could give this man enough Stars. The most important thing was that he was kind and caring and listened. He truly understood the problems that I was facing and truly adapted and worked with me. I honestly can't say enough good about him. He truly is a miracle worker and I would recommend him to anyone.
