I was in such a panic over how to deal with my debt situation after I lost my court battle to a creditor. I considered my options and ultimately chose to file for bankruptcy. I browse the internet in an effort to discover the best lawyer. I discovered several reviews on Google and Yelp that I was interested in reading, so I called a few people and scheduled some consultations. In San Jose, I eventually located the one I was looking for, the Fuller Law Firm. Because it was after business hours when I contacted their office, the majority of the attorneys had already left. But the administrator assured me that he would make an effort to get in touch with one of them and see if the lawyer could return my call, perhaps the following day. Fortunately, I received a call from Mr. Fuller a little time after the administrator hung up the phone. I let Mr. Fuller know that I was considering declaring bankruptcy. I was impressed by how knowledgeable he was during our consultation. He explained the bankruptcy process to me and persuaded me that it wouldn't be too difficult or drawn out. He provided prompt responses to a few of my inquiries and was very clear the entire time I spoke with him. He really pleased me, and I ultimately chose to use him as my bankruptcy lawyer. I received an email with a form that I needed to peruse and complete a few days after my conversation with Mr. Fuller. I followed instructions and submitted all the necessary paperwork as requested by the legal office admin. Mr. Fuller and his colleagues were kind, knowledgeable, sincere, and extremely professional throughout the process, which made me value their assistance. My paperwork was completed in full and on schedule. My bankruptcy petition was submitted in a little more than two months. I received preparation from Mr. Fuller for the creditors' teleconference call 341 meeting (meeting before the Trustee). I was feeling prepared on the scheduled meeting day, and things went smoothly and well. I finally received an envelope from the Fuller Law Firm two months after the meeting, inside of which was a letter titled "Order of Discharge" that had been filed with the Bankruptcy Court. I want to express my gratitude and thank Mr. Fuller and his colleagues for their hard work and commitment during my bankruptcy procedure. I am now a very happy person. I'm appreciative and would like to suggest the Fuller Law Firm to anyone seeking a wonderful experience with a competent lawyer who is well-versed in his field.

I have had a very great experience with the Fuller Law Firm. Sam really helped me out and cared about my case. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. I was at a point where I didn't know what to do with all of my debt and they made it fast and simple to file. I would recommend anyone who is filling for bankruptcy to get a consultation with them!

Sam Taherian was the one handling my case and I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney. Fuller Law Firm is so easy to work with and the staff is incredibly helpful and informative, they answer every call and respond right away to emails. Mr. Taherian walked me thru every step of the process and made sure I knew all of my options. He took an otherwise very stressful situation and made it relatively painless, and that is worth far more than just 5 stars to me! I highly recommend them!

We contacted Fuller to get a second opinion on a pending case that we had. One of the attorneys there, Sam Taherian, was extremely helpful and spent two phone calls with us and reviewed our limited legal material without any cost. Now most firms will do a "free consultation" which in some ways this was...but we had told him the situation up front and it was clear it didn't have a future revenue stream for their firm...and he still did it gratis. It was "good business" and we greatly appreciated the help. We would definitely recommend working with Fuller, and Sam, again.

Really caring and really honest. I researched law firms and interviewed several. I was desperate and I needed help because the creditors were harassing me all day long. But Lars Fuller told me not to file my bankruptcy right away. He told me that if I wait a few more months, I could get some back taxes wiped out as well. Lars was the only attorney who gave me this advice. All the other law firms just wanted my money. So I trusted Lars. Because I had to wait several months, the process became difficult and I was constantly being harassed by the debt collectors. But at the end, I was very thankful for Lars' advice. I wiped out almost one hundred thousand dollars of bank debt. But I also wiped out thousands of dollars of IRS debt. Honestly, it was a tough decision to file bankruptcy, and it was difficult to wait several months for the clock to run on the IRS debt. But thanks to Lars' honest advice I got the maximum bankruptcy relief.
