This firm has had my money since 2020. I’ve requested a refund many times on the phone and by email. All they did was run a credit report and gathered paperwork that I provided them. I was once told I’d receive the filing fees etc. which is a few hundred dollars. I had problems as soon as the front desk girl left. I had to deal with someone who requested info that I already gave them, multiple times. Super frustrating. I will now ask for half of money back..next stop BBB. So unprofessional that it had to get to this.

Unprofessional and irresponsible Made appointment and had deadline for Lawsuit, they put it off twice, then on the date I was supposed to meet via zoom they never called and didn’t answer. I had court next day for lawsuit and was forced to run to the courthouse and file PRO SE then reached out again and asked them to follow up, they never did . They dropped the ball my application was incomplete and needed help to complete the case. Reached out third time they said to fill paperwork and set up appointment for a call,. 30 minutes after scheduled call time, someone called and said: we cant help you. after they left me hanging the first time. Absolutely incompetent. Find someone else . Those people aren’t trustworthy Dates of contact July 3rd, august 19th and Sept 10 Don’t trust them to help you they don’t respect your time or you as a person She needs to find a new business if she can’t fulfill her obligations to her clients as an attorney.
