I had an idea for a patent and some rough drawings, which I cleaned up over time. I spoke with Richard at length over what my device was going to do. There were several reviews with the patent office, of which my presence was NOT required until finally my patent was approved. There was one additional charge for a final meeting with the patent office, but it was minimal and I understand that the base cost covers the creation of the documents and initial submittals. If additional meetings with the patent office are required, then that is additional time/money. I went through a divorce, and fully realize that an attorney's time is based on an hourly fee. #duh The smoothest process for a patent requires the applicant to have all the documentation (drawings!) together as part of the submittal, that is NOT the attorney's responsibility. All in all, I have no regrets with using the Eldredge Law Firm and will use them again without question. They were immediately responsive to my questions and a pleasure to work with.

Patents are a specialized product, I did not have much understanding of the patent or the process. Not to worry, Leavitt Eldredge made this process straight forward, easy to understand and pleasant. They were also able to help with Trademark application and LLC submission. The customer service their attorneys and staff provides is excellent, they are friendly and eager to assist. See for yourself.

Adriana and Brandon are one of a kind. I randomly had the urge to secure my future business logo and name with a trademark. Long story short after many price quotes AND research on reviews, the trail ended with Eldredge Law Firm. I plan on using Brandon again in the future and have nothing but great things about Brandon and his secretary Adriana. She was VERY professional with me and her response time via email was impeccable. 5 stars.

For the past few months, I have been working with Brandon and Adriana to get a name and logo trademarked. The two have been fantastic! They are both so friendly, helpful, and honest. Initially, I was a bit nervous about trademarking because the process seemed so tedious and complex. Brandon and Adriana managed to break it down for me into nice, bit size pieces and they continue to provide me with excellent information and fantastic advice. I would highly recommend them. If you are looking to do a trademark of any kind you should definitely give them a call!

We were using a law firm in CA to prosecute the application. Spent way too much money there, so we went to this firm. Mr. Eldredge was able to get the application allowed within 2 months, and the cost was very reasonable. Should have gone to these guys, first. 5 stars!
