I called this firm in November 2022, told my sad story of how, as a healthy woman, I came to one of the Cherokee County hospitals for a scheduled c section, bled for 4 hours after it, without basically any attention and cure, and as a result received permanent catastrophic injuries. I was asked to send them my medical record, which I did. Literally within a week, I wrote to them that I found a lawyer and an expert who was willing to sign an affidavit, thanked them for everything and forgot. Today, already the month of March, I receive a large letter from Dickinson law stating that I do not have a case and they declined it? Please explain what this all means? I’ve already found an excellent lawyer and an expert who confirmed 100% malpractice, and I refused the Dickinson’s service a long time ago! Why did they decide to send this letter and convince me that I don’t have a case? I see only one explanation - this lawyer works in conjunction with hospitals and doctors who commit negligence, and with his unnecessary letters to people like me, he tries to convince the victims of negligence that they have no case! Keep this in mind when contacting this company.
