Chris Howard was outstanding! Professionally he handled everything from beginning to end. It was my first time ever having a ticket much less a reckless driving ticket. Chris worked diligently to make sure my case was resolved with little impact on me or my family . We appreciate Chris Howard for everything. I highly recommend Chris Howard’s Law firm because their services are top notch!

Honestly Mr.Howard was super helpful with everything. I contacted Chris and he made the most out of my case even when the other party was hesitant to offer much of anything at first. He made sure I was set straight and the whole case went extremely smoothly and I honestly didn't really have to do much of anything except provide some information at first but he took care of everything for me I’d definitely come back if anything were to happen again in the future.

As the husband of another reviewer I agree with everything she stated. I'm leaving one star as it happened to me. It appears at this time that Mr. Howard is no longer communicating with me. I reached out to the court and found out that the activities Mr. Howard promised to be doing on my behalf for the last six months, appear to have not been initiated. I have had to resort to contacting the Client Assistance Program offered by the state bar association to encourage Mr. Howard to address this situation. It is my hope that they are more successful than I have been with getting Mr. Howard to complete the work he was hired and paid to do for me.

My experience with this firm and Chris Howard has been very frustrating. To keep a long story short, I spoke to Mr. Howard after my husband was hit head-on by a drunk driver. My husband had significant injuries. A friend of Mr. Howard tagged him in a Facebook post I made regarding the wreck and Mr. Howard reached out to me in a private message offering to represent me and my husband. Mr. Howard assured me that his firm was ready and able to take our case all the way to a jury trial if necessary. The truth was that Mr. Howard partnered on our case with another attorney's office without our knowledge or consent. We didn't know that the other attorney who started appearing on emails and was listed as part of our legal team on court filings was not part of the same firm as Mr. Howard. We still, to this day, have no idea how the contingent legal fees resulting from our case are being shared between the two attorneys. This has created numerous complications where we have been caught between these two firms pointing fingers at each other. In the end, we did have to take our case to a jury trial. The jury decided in our favor and awarded us a fair amount of money in damages. But, that was six months ago and we have yet to receive a dime in compensation. The wreck was over 2 years ago and the drunk driver who hit, and severely injured my husband has still never paid us a dime out of his own pocket. His insurance company has only paid to replace our vehicle. We have not received anything from the driver's insurance company toward my husband's medical bills or to compensate us for lost wages or my husband's suffering. We ended up having to use our own underinsured motorist insurance coverage for those expenses. As a result of filing that claim against our own insurance, we are struggling to get affordable car insurance when adding our teenagers to our policy. And, the really frustrating part about using our own insurance is that Mr. Howard took his 40% fee from the money we got from our own insurance policy. Since the jury verdict, Mr. Howard and the other attorney he partnered with on our case have seemingly abandoned us. They have stated they are filing documents in court, but won't provide copies of the filings. No activity has appeared on the court's public record website on our in nearly 5 months. The jury verdict exceeded the drunk driver's insurance policy limits, but Mr. Howard assured us during the course of our case that he would fight to collect every cent possible through wage garnishment and any other legal means possible. It has been SIX MONTHS since the verdict and we haven't even been able to get a check from the drunk driver's insurance company to pay for anything beyond replacing our vehicle. Not a single penny of the drunk driver's liability limits have been paid out. In my opinion, if you have a complicated case with potential for a large award, I would look for a different attorney. In my experience with Mr. Howard over the last 2 years, I have not seen him demonstrate the courtroom experience needed to handle a jury trial and does not seem interested in collecting judgements beyond insurance policy limits.
