This place has absolutely no professional skills I completed the information sheet on the website in which I’m guessing it emails my response to the firm. I received a text message from L. Kennedy that’s the signature at the bottom of the text, he never introduced him self just went right into what debt is making you want to file bankruptcy in the information remarks I stated I wanted more information on bankruptcy. I responded to his text about low credit scores he quickly responded we don’t help with credit scores we help with debt. My response was I would have love to speak with someone over the phone you didn’t introduce yourself I don’t know who I’m speaking with, he quickly says my name is at the end of every text you emailed us people sometimes be at work and can’t talk so that’s why I text. Very rude unprofessional he stated he would post the text thread so people could make their own decisions about our conversation I would never give someone like this my money if they can’t even give me their time in the beginning very disappointing because from the reviews it sounds like a good law firm. Don’t do it especially if you receive red flags in the beginning.

The decision to file bankruptcy had butterflies in my stomach from the start. I researched a few places and read reviews and landed with this law group. The process was seamless. They worked with me on my payments and answered questions I had, even the redundant ones. 🙂 The only issue I experienced was delayed responses after my discharge; however, Tina made up for this oversight and has been on point. I appreciate her efficiency and the group as a whole.

I reached out to this firm to assist with filing a bankruptcy. Lionel got all of my information and then told me to email Stacey Butler for an appointment. She emailed me a few hours earlier and asked me if I was available to which I replied yes, even though it was short notice. She still never called me. No one ever called or emailed or communicated with me at all to assist. I reached out to them twice via email at the beginning of July and noone has said a word. I do not recommend this firm to anyone, because their services are very unprofessional.
