Followed all his recommendations and after serving the so called mental rehab facility with a formal petition to discharge my husband on a Friday at 455 pm and multiple hours of patiently waiting for my motion to be received by an employee that never gave it to him.. Guess what happened?? The same medical staff that said to my husband that petition won’t do anything called me the very next day at 9am stating that my husband was going to be discharged in a couple of minutes.. FOLLOW ALL HIS RECOMMENDATIONS! Yes the motion was one of the recommendations but some other magical touches expedited everything but I will let him share that with you as he knows what he’s doing and will definitely provide you with the best advice. I cannot express how helpful the advice and guidance was that we received from Mr Gage. My granddaughter was basically legally kidnapped by a psych hospital with what seemed like no recourse ! We took his advice and had her out the very next day . His knowledge of these facilities and their shameful practices helped guide us through to the end . When we left the nurses were calling us “the village” because we knew how to deal with them and we got our girl, who definitely was not appropriate for a crisis center ! It was a horrible traumatic event for her but praise God she’s home !
