False promises. They pick and choose there clients. Only the very simple first time offenses those are all the 5 star reviews. when it comes to any thing serious such as surcharges or failure to appear they are not capable. They will make you wait, then come back with absolutely no help. Very disappointed talked to talamantez himself promised the world. Then no word back called in and his secretary said sorry cant help you.

After receiving their letter for service i called twice and never received a call back. Was even referred to them and experience must differ. Thankfully i didn't wait and Joyner and Joyner got the job done.

They tell you not to pay the tickets to hire a lawyer first. Then when I consulted them over the phone they told me to pay the tickets and to call them later after I pay them. Also on their website it says initial consultation is free but they charged me $50 only to tell me what I already knew
