I must carefully word my review as this is a law firm. I FELT as though this firm was there to plow right through me. It caused ME TO CONSIDER that they get their business by making sure that they involve the hospital as little as possible by saying as little as possible and having me make direct statements that they could challenge. Lawyers are trained to have their arguments prevail - that doesn’t mean that they have to be right, or that they act as though they would, if I had my own attorney. When I sent letters to the State, it is MY OPINION that they know how to craft a response so as to use small points of flaw to a greater extent than is reasonable and deflect their own lackings, taking advantage of how a government agency wants to close a file and how much they are promoted to do so, when the respondent requests it.
