Not very responsive. I’ve been part of a class action for over a year. I was told over a month ago a settlement was reached and there would be an update in a week. Waited about 3 weeks and thought maybe I missed the email so I reached out. Nothing. Sent another email a few weeks after that and still nothing. In total it’s been like 6 weeks since they said there would be an update in a week or so. They could at least respond but I guess they don’t care at this point. They reached the settlement and probably already have their chunk of it. Thanks anyway

I have them for a class action against Samsung. I have no idea what's going on. They don't send out any updates on what is happening. But no big deal... Are they good? I hope so. Lol. If I get some cha ching, I'll come back and give them 5 stars.

Wow! These are scammers... I just received a letter from Swigart Law Group with my name on it stating that I received it because I have been named as "a party to a debt collection". Thankfully, I am smart and realized that I do not have any debt. At the very bottom in small print, it states that this is an advertisement. Is this the way that you want your law firm to conduct business? It is NOT what I would want. Good luck to anyone using this firm. PS, I never write reviews but this one deserved it.

I never expected to fall on hard times the way I did a couple of years ago. I lost a business and did everything I could to stay afloat and retain good credit while paying rent and other bills. I had one creditor that was not willing to work with me and they ended up bringing forth a lawsuit against me.
