Worst experience ever. Stern & Cohen may be a great law firm but their attorney Brian Bentley is not. Stay away. Unprofessional, uncoordinated and not qualified to handle simple injury lawsuits. Promises the moon but doesn’t deliver leaving you holding the bag for legal fees and medical expenses. So remember that when they say you don’t pay a thing if they win but if, like Brian Bentley did, lose you gotta pay for all the “medical expenses” that they make you do. I deeply regret placing my trust and pain in his hands. If you go with Stern & Cohen make sure they don’t assign BRIAN BENTLEY as your lawyer.
