As the case went on, I was working with Jeff for majority of my case and then I was introduced to Nick at the end of my case. They were both very supportive, kept communication open and advocated for me like I was family. I really appreciate everyone there at the Office. It was a long process but they made it as easy as possible.

My Dad, my younger brother, and I were hit in a car accident exactly 5 years ago from today, and a few days after the accident, we hired this law firm. Things started out ok when a man whose last name was Milton (who was a part of the law firm at the time) was helping us with our case. We've gone through medical procedures and things like that in order to make this case stick. My Dad had bad conditions and injuries before the accident. So did my brother, and so did I. But we also suffered further injuries afterward. I've had knee problems and finger injuries, but never a back problem, until now. My dad's injuries have gotten worse after the accident, and so did my brother's. Mr. Milton had helped us for a short period of time, but he had decided to leave the law firm because he sensed that things weren't right with Spear and the rest of his team. When he was handling the case, the 3 of us were a part of it and things were done right. But since he left and Rand Spear took it over, I was no longer a part of the case and things got out of control. In fact, Spear wanted to make me a liability concerning the case. He even wanted my Dad and my brother to sue me to get more money, which wouldn't work because the 3 of us were in the same car during the time of the accident. Yes, I was driving, but at the speed limit on the main drag in Pleasantville (Main St.) and it was getting dark. We just crossed Washington Avenue heading towards Delilah Road. And to be clear, there were no traffic lights in between Washington Avenue and Delilah Road. Once we got there we were going to make a right hand turn going towards Atlantic City (because that's where we lived at that time). Unfortunately, we never made it that far because when the other car struck us coming out of a side street (Reading Ave) it didn't stop at the stop sign. Before I could stop, it hit us on the Driver side of our vehicle. The impact was so bad the 3 of us had to escape through the passager side door. Plus, the car that struck us was a lot larger than ours. So, to make a long story short, when Rand Spear and his team (not counting Mr. Milton) took over the case it spiraled downhill. Usually, it should take an accident case about 4 to 6 months to be settled, depending on how severe it is. But this case has been going on for 5 years now, and it's not settled yet. In fact, we haven't received our settlement yet because Rand Spear completely screwed it up. Plus, he's a bad lawyer anyway. When we call him, it goes to voice-mail a lot. He doesn't return our call for the most part. Even when we talk to him, he's very rude and disrespectful. He's hanged up on us a few times after we gotten on him for his rudeness. The list goes on and on. We went to Philadelphia (where his law firm is located) this past Friday, so my Dad and my brother can receive their settlement checks. The amount of the settlement is $50,000, but out of the amount, my Dad and my brother were supposed to receive $15,000 a piece. I don't get one because Spear messed up the case that bad. So, anyway, when we got there, turns out my Dad and my brother didn't take the checks because they were WAY lower than what they should be. Instead of my Dad and my brother getting $15,000 a piece, my Dad was about to get $1,500, and my brother $5,600. So they turned the checks down in disgust and we drove back to New Jersey with nothing. This is how this bone-headed lawyer stay on top by jerking and screwing over people who put their trust into his law firm. Plus, my family and I are poor, and on top of it, we're homeless and struggling to make it through these tough times. So, if anyone, God forbid, gets into any kind of accident, DON'T call this law firm at all. I wouldn't trust him with a shoelace let alone a case. I know he has his "Demand Rand" commercials on TV, but if I were you, I wouldn't listen to them. They are nothing but bogus lies and deceits. Take it from me, with the experience my family and I are having with this fraud and his crooked law firm I don't recommend you calling him. He is BAD news!!

I have never been through an experience of getting legal services after an accident. I didn’t know what to experience. My first paralegal had to leave in the midst of my case I believe due to medical & then Kelsey took over my case. Again i didn’t know what to expect. Kelsey was amazing. I got used to talking to her around every 2 weeks to see how everything was going. She really made me feel comfortable from the beginning & after she finished all her work with me, she gave me her info to contact her if i had any questions or concerns. Had the most unpleasant experience Dealing with the first paralegal who worked on my case. I would call every 3 to 6 months to get an update and he would ask me for the exact same information. He was given each phone call. It took one year and about six months before I was able to speak with Mike. At first he made me feel comfortable and respected however that completely changed once I was forced to settle from that point on the settlement department absolutely did not do their job. I have been waiting since December 2021 to get any resolution on this case. I was forced to settle for half the amount Mike felt we deserved and now they expect to take 40% of my settlement. They absolutely do not deserve and anytime I try to make a appointment with them to discuss my settlement. I get nothing but disrespectful responses. The specific woman working in the settlement department is the most unprofessional legal employee I have ever come across. Everything that Mike said did not happen and they made my case the least of their importance. I understand they are a large firm however, if you’re going to market yourself as being the best you I would expect you to be at least half of that. The only positive conversation I’ve ever had was with my paralegal Will he is excellent when it comes to doing his job. He is knowledgeable, kind and overall the only positive part of my experience.
