The Patent Made Simple software was an unexpected part of the experience with Outlier. The process was very simple (as the name indicates) and I was well-supported throughout with the option of white glove service. After navigating this complex space of learning patent applications for several months, it was nice to see that someone (Samar) has innovated & developed a software solution that is not only simple but great option for do-it-yourselfers, not to mention a cost-efficient option.
