If this is your 2nd or 3rd bankruptcy, Dennis is the man for the job. I hired him for my first (and only, hopefully) and he wasn't as educational with the process as I'd hoped. He could also use a paralegal for pushing paperwork. He tends to do most things himself and we found several errors in our draft petition, which we got corrected. All this after it took him 5 months to prepare a petition that should've taken him 5 weeks, as originally promised. I give him an A for effort, though. He's very charming and I was only in bankruptcy for 3 months.
