I was having a hard time even getting my job to file the work comp claim. But they got on things as soon as I hired Josh Laabs. Even though the company gave a run around because their headquarters was out of state, Josh was able to get things on track and moving. He's a busy guy, but if you email him or call his office, you can rest assured that he is acting to his max ability to make sure that everything possible is being done. My case had extra issues dealing with an insurance adjuster that didn't want to pay on schedule. And while it sucked to deal with, Josh was putting together a fire under her that definitely got their attention. He was on point with his strategy and I don't feel it would have been possible to get any better of an outcome as we got. I would highly recommend him. Especially because he was able to deal with me.
