I cannot thank Sam Haddad enough for the incredible support and guidance throughout my green card journey. Many other lawyers initially took on my case only to later say they couldn’t proceed, but Sam took it on and made it happen. From start to finish, he was there every step of the way, explaining each part of the process clearly and ensuring I understood what was happening at every turn. I faced numerous challenges, and there were moments when the obstacles felt overwhelming, but Sam remained a steady, reassuring presence, always ready to answer my questions and provide the encouragement I needed. What I appreciated most was his dedication and compassion. He genuinely cared about my case and took the time to understand my unique situation, tailoring his approach to fit my needs. Thanks to Sam’s expertise and commitment, I am now a proud green card holder, and I couldn’t have done it without him. I wholeheartedly recommend Sam Haddad to anyone facing immigration challenges. He is not just a great lawyer but also a true ally who stands by you through thick and thin.

Sam is a great lawyer. His office assistant is super kinda & great. Sam really (& I mean REALLY) knows his stuff. He's also well known and respected by the entire USCIS Field Office in San Antonio. Everyone's immigration needs are different, but I highly recommend using a lawyer - it's a long (& expensive) process, but you'll eventually get where you need to be.

Sam Haddad was the best lawyer I could have found. I was skeptical of lawyers, but sam put me at ease and handled business. He was kind to my wife and It was actually a pleasure talking to Sam. I had lots of trouble brining my wife to the US. We have had a happy life since then, and if i ever need help with another immigration matter I intend to hire Sam Haddad again. He's a brilliant and wonderful guy. Mr. Haddad is very business like guy, and inspired me to attend law school in the future. Thank Sam, It was a great experience.

I had a meeting with him regarding may immigration status and paid him $75 for 45 minutes consultation. I arrived on time but waited one hour for him at his office then I talked him and pass my documents to see am I eligible to apply for green card. He didn't answer my question and asked me to review my documents and answer my question in three days. After one week that I didn't heard back from him I sent him email and leave voice massage. Two days later, his secretary call me and told me if you want to know you are eligible you should pay him again to review your documents and do more research. This was against what he said to me. How many days they need to review five pages documents to simply answer you could apply for GC or not.
