The firm’s lineage is traced back to Weiner, Robbins, Tunkey and Ross, PA, formed in 1979 and perhaps the largest law firm in the nation to devote its entire practice to the defense of criminal cases. Our goal then was, as it still is today; to provide effective and competent legal advice to individuals and entities under investigation and to defend them against criminal charges in State and Federal courts. The firm enjoys the highest rating (AV) by the Martindale Hubbell Legal Directory. The firm and its individual attorneys have been consistently recognized as among the best in the state of Florida by Florida Super Lawyers Magazine, Law and Leading Attorneys, The South Florida Legal Guide and The Wall Street Journal/Miami Herald Best Lawyers polls. Two members of the firm are Adjunct Professors of Law at the University of Miami School of Law’s Litigation Skills Department, teaching criminal law.
